Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2, 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained & diced
- 4 packages chipped beef, diced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Club Crackers for dipping

Step Wise Instructions:
- Saute diced onions in melted butter until tender.
- Add softened cream cheese in chucks; stir until melted and blended.
- Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
- Stir in diced mushrooms, chipped beef, and parmesan cheese until blended and warm.
- If the creamy sauce seems a bit too thick, add small amounts of milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Serve with “Club” crackers for dipping!
