Who can resist bacon and Swiss cheese? This recipe is really easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup Hot water
3/4 cup Half and half
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Grated Swiss cheese
5 Strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 large Onion, sliced thin
6 ounces Cooked turkey, thinly sliced
18 slices Small french bread
Parsley
Step Wise Instructions:
Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water, and half and half in a saucepan, melt butter and add flour.
Whisk and cook until mixture is frothy and raw flour taste is gone.
While stirring, add the bouillon mixture.
Stir constantly with a whisk until the sauce thickens and begins to bubble.
Add Swiss cheese and stir until smooth
Assemble hot browns by placing turkey and onion on each bread slice.
Top with sauce and crumbled bacon.
Heat at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.

The perfect appetizer for your New Year’s Eve or any other holiday party! Quick hot or cold artichoke appetizer.
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
2 ea 6 oz jars marinated artichoke
4 ea large eggs
1/4 c Dried bread crumbs
1/4 ts Salt
1 ea Small onion, minced
1 ea 8-oz. package mozzarella cheese
2 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 ts Pepper
Step Wise Instructions:
Drain liquid from 1 jar of artichokes into 1-puart saucepan.
Drain liquid from second jar of artichokes and discard.
Finely chop all artichokes; set aside.
Grease 12 inch by 8 inch baking dish. In liquid in saucepan, over medium heat, cook minced onion until tender. In medium bowl, with fork, beat eggs until blended.
Stir in cooked onion and chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.
If not baking right away, cover and refrigerate.
About 1 hour before serving; Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Bake artichoke mixture 30 to 35 minutes until set and lightly browned.
Cool 15 minutes in dish on wire rack.
With knife, cut lengthwise into 4 strips then cut each strip crosswise into 6 pieces.
Arrange appetizer on platter; garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
2 pieces lean bacon diced
1 large red bell pepper diced
1 large green pepper diced
1 celery stalk chopped
1 carrot peeled and chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 clove garlic finally chopped
2 cups bottled clam juice
1 cup Clamato Tomato Juice Cocktail
2 medium potatoes peeled and diced
1 large tomato chopped
1 teaspoon oregano rub in palm
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups fresh or canned clams chopped
Step Wise Instructions:
In a heavy med pot
Saute bacon, peppers, celery, carrot, onion and garlic over med heat until tender about 10 min.
Do not brown bacon
Add clam juice, Clamato, potatoes, tomato oregano and pepper.
Simmer 35 minutes or until potatoes tender.
Add Clams and cook for 5 min more
Dish up and serve with lots of fresh crusty bread and butter or olive oil dipper.

Mexican fondue the combination of mexican oregano and cheese .This delicious cheese recipe is easy to make. Try our mexican fondue .

Ingredients:
1 onion chopped
5 T. butter
2 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
salt to taste
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 t. Mexican oregano
2 T. flour
1/2 C. evaporated milk
1 C. cheddar cheese shredded
Step Wise Instructions:
Saute onions in 3 T. butter.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 1 hour.
Add salt, oregano and Tabasco .
Mix flour and butter together.
Stir into tomato mixture.
Stir in evaporated milk. Just before serving add cheese.
Let it melt, but do not boil.
Serve in a fondue pot with taco chips.

Ingredients:
1 ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 pkg. already made pie crust
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
Step Wise Instructions:
Brown ground chuck in skillet, then drain
Combine taco seasoning w/ground chuck in skillet & cook according to taco mix directions
When done, mix all ingredients together except for pie crust & 1/2 c. cheddar.
Place ingredients into a greased 2qt. casserole dish
Top with remaining cheddar & pie crust
Cook at 375 degrees for one hour & crust is slightly browned

This recipe is a little sweet and easy to make! Apricot Wraps make a great appetizer for any party.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Dry roast peanuts unsalt
1/3 Cup Butter or margerine
1 Pound Marshmallows
1/2 Cup Peanut butter
3 Cups Puffed rice cereal
1 Cup Apricots chopped
1 Cup Raisins
Step Wise Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine cereal, apricots, raisins and peanuts.
In a microwave safe 13×9″, melt butter and marshmallows on high for 2 minutes.
Stir; add peanut butter cook on high 2 minutes longer.
Stir until well blended, add cereal mixture to dish and toss until well coated.
Working quickly with greased hand, form into balls, using about 1/2 C mixture, per ball.
If mixture begins to harden, cook on high for 30 seconds, or until softened.
If desired , mixture may be spread in unbuttered 13×9″ dish and cooled and cut into bars.
Makes 1 dozen balls or 2 dozen bars,
This is very similar to the Rice Krispie treats, but with the apricots and raisins it definitely gives it a fall look.

Kids love these little Cranberry Jelly, and moms love them because they’re easy to make.
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
2 cups Cranberries
3 ounces Liquid pectin (regular)
1 cup Concentrated apple juice
5 tablespoons Glycerin
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Unfl.gelatin or 2 tb.freezer
Step Wise Instructions:
Wash and pick over cranberries, discarding any that are soft.
Place in a deep saucepan and add fruit juices.
Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, until fruit is soft.
Mash to break up any berries left whole.
Strain in food mill to remove seeds. Return to saucepan and heat to boiling.
Add pectin, glycerin and gelatin, stirring well. Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Skim and pour into hot, sterile pint jars, leaving 1/2 inch at top.
Cap with hot sterile lids.
Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes after water returns to boiling.
If any jars fail to seal, refrigerate and use within 10 days or freeze for later use.
Makes 3 1/2 cups.

Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can anchovy fillets
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
ground black pepper to taste
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Step Wise Instructions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic and anchovies to cook for about 2 minutes; stir constantly.
Stir in breadcrumbs and turn off heat.
Add parsley and black ground pepper; mix together.
Toss anchovy sauce with hot pasta and sprinkle with cheese
Serve.

2 pkg. Jell-O Pistachio
2 cans crushed pineapple
2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup chopped Planters Pecans
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
Step Wise Instructions:
Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended.
Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.
Refrigerate hr or until ready to serve.
Garnish with additional Cool Whip Whipped Topping and chopped pecans, if desired.
Makes 16 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
