This is a quick breakfast. It doesn’t contain any unusual ingredients.

Ingredients:
6 ea Eggs
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Milk
2 tb Melted butter
Powdered sugar
Step Wise Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Butter 9×13″ pan and put into the freezer while you mix the batter.
Beat eggs with a fork.
Slowly add the flour and mix well.
Add salt, milk and melted butter.
Pour into cold pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes; then lower temperature to 350 and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter and syrup..

Marmalade pudding is very easy and good father’s day recipe.
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
2 oz breadcrumbs
2 oz flour
2 oz shredded suet
grated rind of 1 lemon (nimbu)
2 tblsp marmalade
2 oz. castor sugar
1 egg
1/4 tspful baking powder
1/2 cup milk
marmalade sauce
Step Wise Instructions:
Mix all the dry ingredients together, sieving the flour and baking powder.
Add the marmalade, egg and milk.
If the mixture is too stiff, add a little more milk.
Put mixture into a greased basin, cover with a double piece of greased paper and steam for sometimes hours.
To make the marmalade sauce:
peel a lemon very thinly and cut the peel into short strips.
Boil these in water until soft, then add 2 tblspfuls of sugar and 2 tspfuls of cornflour made into a paste with a little water.
Stir well and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Remove from fire and add 2 tspfuls of lemon juice.
Dish up the pudding and serve with the sauce.

Ingredients:
1 c. milk
40 marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
20 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
Step Wise Instructions:
Melt marshmallows in milk in double boiler, chill.
Add whipped cream.
Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar; line bottom of 9-inch square pan with half the graham cracker mixture.
Layer cherry pie filling and marshmallow mixture over crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs.

Ingredients:
1 block mozzarella cheese
16 Genoa salami slices
1 can small artichoke hearts, drained and halved
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 jar large pitted Spanish olives, drained
16 wooden skewers
1 bottle balsamic-basil vinaigrette
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Step Wise Instructions:
Cut cheese evenly into 16 cubes.
Wrap salami slices around cheese cubes.
Thread cubes, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and olives alternatively on skewers.
Place skewers in a large plastic container or baking dish.
Stir together vinaigrette and lemon juice.
Pour dressing mixture over skewers; cover tightly, and chill 8 hours.
Remove skewers from marinade, discarding marinade before serving.

This cheesy chili recipe goes great with crackers or chips. This recipe is quick and simple, great for a party or for adding variety to your snack at home.

1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup beer
2 tsp minced onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Step Wise Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor or with an electric mixer.
Pack the cheese into crocks or a bowl, and cover tightly.
The cheese is best after at least a day’s mellowing, and it keeps for a couple of weeks.
Serve with crackers or bread.

A pretty simple strawberry recipe, with a nice taste

Ingredients:
1/2 kg fresh strawberries
50 to 100 gms granulated white sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
120 to 180 ml milk or cream
whipped cream for garnish
Step Wise Instructions:
Wash and cut the strawberries and place in your food processor.
Process until the strawberries are pureed.
Add the sugar, yogurt and milk and process until combined.
Adjust the sugar, yogurt, and milk as necessary.
Ladle into dessert bowls and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream just before serving.
Can be refrigerated for a few hours.
If refrigerating, do not garnish with whipped cream until just before serving.

Ingredients:
2 packages active dry yeast
1 3/4 cups warm water
2 cups bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 egg white
Step Wise Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add one cup of bread flour and one cup whole wheat flour.
Mix until smooth. Keep adding flour, and mix until very hard to mix.
Take dough out on a floured surface, and knead until dough is smooth and not sticky.
Roll into a ball. Place into a greasy bowl.
Cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled say for 2 hours.
Divide into equal balls. Place on cookie sheets, and flatten them.
Allow to rise for another 1 to 2 hours. If desired, brush with egg white.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree F (190 degree C) oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
When done remove from oven, and let cool.
Cut a circle out of the top of each loaf, and compress it to form a bowl.

Ingredients:
1 package active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Filling:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup minced fresh or frozen chives
1 egg yolk
Butter or margarine, melted
Step Wise Instructions:
In a bowl, dissolve yeast in water. In a saucepan, heat milk, oil and mashed potatoes to 110 -115 F.
Transfer to a mixing bowl; add yeast mixture, egg, sugar and salt.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl; turn once to grease top.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Turn dough onto a floured surface.
Roll into a 15-in. x 10-in. rectangle. In a bowl, combine sour cream, chives and egg yolk.
Spread over dough to within 1/2 in. of edges.
Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal.
Cut into 1-in. slices.
Place cut side down in a quarter sheet baking pan (13″ x 9″ x 2″).
Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with butter.
Cool on a wire rack.
Refrigerate leftovers.

This is a really easy recipe for a soothing tea with flavors of ginger, holy basil and anisseds.

½” piece of Ginger
3 tsp. of Tea Leaves
½ tsp. of Aniseeds
1 tbsp. of Holy Basil
Sugar (to taste)
¾ cups of Milk
1 ½ cup of Water
Step Wise Instructions:
Take a sauce pan and put the water on medium heat
Add the crushed ginger, aniseeds and holy basil leaves.
Let the water to come to a boil.
Now add the tea leaves bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain the team and put it in a tea pot.
Enjoy it with sugar and milk.

Ingredients: Crust
1 pk chocolate cake mix
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. Heath Bits ‘O Brickle
4 Heath Candy bars
8 oz. Cool Whip
Step Wise Instructions:
Bake cake as directed on box.
As soon as cake comes out of the oven, punch holes in the top of the cake with a straw.
Spread condensed milk on top.
Sprinkle package of brickle chips on top of cake.
Cool cake.
Spread cool whip on top.
Mash frozen Heath Bars (use a hammer) and spread on top of cake.
Keep refrigerated.
