Baked Ravioli Casserole

Baked Ravioli Casserole

Easy throw together casserole, delicious. Kids usually love this type of Mexican casserole mix.

 
Total time to cook: 50 minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients:
  1. 1 lb. ground beef
  2. 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  3. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Step Wise Instructions:Crust
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground meat, breaking up as it cooks; drain.
  2. Stir spaghetti sauce into meat.
  3. Spread a small amount of meat mixture in the bottom of a greased 13″ X 9″ X 2″ baking pan.
  4. Layer 1/2 of the raviolis evenly in the bottom of the pan.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 of the remaining sauce over the raviolis.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the sauce.
  7. Repeat layering once with remaining ingredients.
  8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

  2. Bake at 450 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Mexican Dinner

Not the same old dinner that you find at parties. This is wonderful to share with others.
 
Total time to cook: 45 minutes
Serves: 4
Category: Dinner, tomatoes, rice
Ingredients:
  1. 1 pkg. Spanish rice mix
  2. 1lb ground beef
  3. 1 jar salsa (to taste and consistency)
  4. Shredded cheese
  5. Chopped onion
  6. Water
  7. 1 can chopped tomatoes (as needed)
  8. Corn to taste
  9. Bell pepper to taste
  10. Garlic
  11. Cumin
  12. Chili powder
  13. Hot sauce to taste
  14. Sour cream
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Cook rice mix according to directions.
  2. Cook and crumble ground beef until done. Drain.
  3. If you like onions, bell pepper or corn, saute them.
  4. Add ground beef to rice. Add spices and veges to taste.
  5. Add enough salsa and/or canned tomatoes to make it as saucy as you’d like.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

Gyro Sandwiches

These Gyro sandwiches are delicious. Serve them with chips for lunch.Mix up your own tasty barbeque at home

Serves: 7

Ingredients:
  1. 1 1/4 pound lean ground beef
  2. 1 1/4 poun lean ground lamb
  3. 1/4 cup oregano
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  5. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  6. 3/4 tablespoon ground pepper or more
  7. 1 teaspoon thyme
  8. 3/4 teaspoon salt
Yogurt Sauce:
  1. 1 cup plain yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  4. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  5. garlic powder
  6. salt and white pepper
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. 8 large pita breads; cut in half
  2. thinly sliced onion rings
  3. For patties: Preheat broiler or prepare barbeque.
  4. Combine ingredients lightly but thoroughly in large bowl.
  5. Shape into 16 thin patties and broil, turning once, until done as desired.
  6. For sauce : Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
  7. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Fill pita with meat and spoon yogurt sauce over. Top with onion rings.

Hot Chipped Beef

I do like chipped beef, and I try many recipes. This is a favorite.
 
Total time to cook: 40 minutes
Serves: 7
Category: Appetizer , beef , mushrooms recipe
Ingredients:
  1. 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
  2. 1 medium onion, diced
  3. 2, 8 oz packages cream cheese
  4. 3/4 cup milk
  5. 1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained & diced
  6. 4 packages chipped beef, diced
  7. 1 cup parmesan cheese
  8. Club Crackers for dipping
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Saute diced onions in melted butter until tender.
  2. Add softened cream cheese in chucks; stir until melted and blended.
  3. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in diced mushrooms, chipped beef, and parmesan cheese until blended and warm.
  5. If the creamy sauce seems a bit too thick, add small amounts of milk until you reach the desired consistency.
  6. Serve with “Club” crackers for dipping!

Great testing, easy to make, Azteca. So delicious…Yummy….
 
Total time to cook: 40 minutes
Serves: 7

Ingredients:
  1. 2 tbsp olive oil
  2. 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  3. 2 onions, chopped
  4. 2 stalks celery, chopped
  5. 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  6. 1 tsp chili powder
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin
  8. 1 can tomatoes, cut and drained, with juice reserved
  9. 1/2 cup corn
  10. 1 tbsp basil, sliced into thin ribbons
  11. 4 cups beef or vegetable stock
  12. 1 avocado, chopped
  13. 2 tsp lime juice
  14. Garnish: nacho chips, sour cream, and basil shreds
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. In a medium saucepan, saute garlic, onions, jalapeno pepper, and celery in the olive oil for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add tomato pieces, chili powder, and cumin, and cook down over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add corn, basil, reserved tomato juice, and stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  4. When ready to serve, remove soup from heat and stir in the lime juice and avocado.
  5. Break several nacho chips into each bowl, ladle in the soup, then top each with a spoonful of sour cream.
  6. Toss on a few basil shreds and stick a nacho chip on top.
  7. Serve immediately.

Such a simple salad recipe. Great recipe for the Atkins’ and South Beach diet fans out there.
 
Total time to cook: 30 minutes
Serves: 7

Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  2. 3 tbsp lemon juice, divided
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1 cup dried cranberries
  6. 3 large red apples, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  7. 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  8. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, whisk the oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, sugar and salt.
  2. Add cranberries; let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss apples with remaining lemon juice.
  4. Add the broccoli, walnuts and cranberry mixture; toss to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
  6. Toss before serving.

French Fries is the combination of Onions, onion & beef .This delicious french recipe is easy to make. Try our French Fries.
 
Total time to cook: 1.5 hours

Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 lb ground beef
  2. French Fries
  3. Sour cream
  4. Tostitos con Queso Cheese dip
  5. Green onions
  6. 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Preheat deep fryer, then brown ground beef in skillet.
  2. Add 1 cup of water to skillet, and 1/2 cup of salsa for taste.
  3. Deep fry French Fries until golden brown (approximately 15 minutes).
  4. Melt 1/2 cup of cheese dip in microwave.
  5. Put French Fries onto a plate, then top with ground beef mixture, cheese sauce, sour cream and diced green onions.

Ingredients:
  1. 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, mild or hot
  2. 5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  3. 1 small onion, sliced in rings
  4. 2 cups Mexican-style cheese blend, shredded
  5. Refrigerated or homemade pizza dough, for 12″ pizza
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Place oven rack in lowest position; preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. Press pizza dough into greased pan.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes, or until crust just begins to brown. In a bowl combine beans (undrained) onion slices and bacon.
  5. Spread bean mixture over the pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the bean mixture.
  7. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Ingredients:
  1. 1 pkg. frozen blintzes
  2. 1/2 cup sour cream
  3. 1 tsp vanilla
  4. 4 eggs
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. 1/4 cup orange juice
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Lightly coat a rectangular pan or glass casserole dish with butter or margarine.
  2. Place blintzes in single layer.
  3. Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over blintzes.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
