Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
|
|
|
|
Step Wise Instructions:Crust
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground meat, breaking up as it cooks; drain.
- Stir spaghetti sauce into meat.
- Spread a small amount of meat mixture in the bottom of a greased 13″ X 9″ X 2″ baking pan.
- Layer 1/2 of the raviolis evenly in the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the remaining sauce over the raviolis.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese over the sauce.
- Repeat layering once with remaining ingredients.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Spanish rice mix
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 jar salsa (to taste and consistency)
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped onion
- Water
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (as needed)
- Corn to taste
- Bell pepper to taste
- Garlic
- Cumin
- Chili powder
- Hot sauce to taste
- Sour cream

Step Wise Instructions:
- Cook rice mix according to directions.
- Cook and crumble ground beef until done. Drain.
- If you like onions, bell pepper or corn, saute them.
- Add ground beef to rice. Add spices and veges to taste.
- Add enough salsa and/or canned tomatoes to make it as saucy as you’d like.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1 1/4 poun lean ground lamb
- 1/4 cup oregano
- 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3/4 tablespoon ground pepper or more
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- garlic powder
- salt and white pepper

Step Wise Instructions:
- 8 large pita breads; cut in half
- thinly sliced onion rings
- For patties: Preheat broiler or prepare barbeque.
- Combine ingredients lightly but thoroughly in large bowl.
- Shape into 16 thin patties and broil, turning once, until done as desired.
- For sauce : Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
- Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill pita with meat and spoon yogurt sauce over. Top with onion rings.

Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2, 8 oz packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large can chopped mushrooms, drained & diced
- 4 packages chipped beef, diced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Club Crackers for dipping

Step Wise Instructions:
- Saute diced onions in melted butter until tender.
- Add softened cream cheese in chucks; stir until melted and blended.
- Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
- Stir in diced mushrooms, chipped beef, and parmesan cheese until blended and warm.
- If the creamy sauce seems a bit too thick, add small amounts of milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Serve with “Club” crackers for dipping!

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 can tomatoes, cut and drained, with juice reserved
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 tbsp basil, sliced into thin ribbons
- 4 cups beef or vegetable stock
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 2 tsp lime juice
- Garnish: nacho chips, sour cream, and basil shreds

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, saute garlic, onions, jalapeno pepper, and celery in the olive oil for about 5 minutes.
- Add tomato pieces, chili powder, and cumin, and cook down over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Add corn, basil, reserved tomato juice, and stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
- When ready to serve, remove soup from heat and stir in the lime juice and avocado.
- Break several nacho chips into each bowl, ladle in the soup, then top each with a spoonful of sour cream.
- Toss on a few basil shreds and stick a nacho chip on top.
- Serve immediately.

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, divided
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3 large red apples, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk the oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, sugar and salt.
- Add cranberries; let stand for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss apples with remaining lemon juice.
- Add the broccoli, walnuts and cranberry mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
- Toss before serving.

- French Fries
- Sour cream
- Tostitos con Queso Cheese dip
- Green onions
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Step Wise Instructions:
- Preheat deep fryer, then brown ground beef in skillet.
- Add 1 cup of water to skillet, and 1/2 cup of salsa for taste.
- Deep fry French Fries until golden brown (approximately 15 minutes).
- Melt 1/2 cup of cheese dip in microwave.
- Put French Fries onto a plate, then top with ground beef mixture, cheese sauce, sour cream and diced green onions.

Ingredients:
- 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, mild or hot
- 5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 small onion, sliced in rings
- 2 cups Mexican-style cheese blend, shredded
- Refrigerated or homemade pizza dough, for 12″ pizza
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- Place oven rack in lowest position; preheat oven to 425°.
- Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Press pizza dough into greased pan.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until crust just begins to brown. In a bowl combine beans (undrained) onion slices and bacon.
- Spread bean mixture over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the bean mixture.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. frozen blintzes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice

Step Wise Instructions:
- Lightly coat a rectangular pan or glass casserole dish with butter or margarine.
- Place blintzes in single layer.
- Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over blintzes.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
