Ingredients:
- 4 ounces uncooked noodles
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions with tops
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 2 egg whites

Step Wise Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray square baking dish, 8×8x2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
- Mix noodles and remaining ingredients. Spread in dish.
- Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown.
- Let stand 5 minutes.

This is a super quick version of seafood rice that makes a great side dish for informal gatherings

Ingredients: Crust
- 2 dozens of squid
- 2 dozens small scallops
- 2 dozens of mussels
- 2 dozens machos
- 2 medium red peppers cut in strips
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- ½ cup of cooked green peas
- 2 Medium onions finely chopped
- 2 tbsp yellow hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons of garlic, ground
- 2 tomatoes peeled and cut in pieces
- 3 tablespoons coriander, ground
- 4 cups rice
- 4 ½ cups of water

Step Wise Instructions:
- Boil and clean the seafood, Heat the oil and fry the onions until golden, add garlic, yellow hot peppers, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Stir and add the cariander and 4 1/2 cups of water.
- Put in the seafood and bring to the boil then add the rice, peas and strips of red pepper.
- Simmer until the rice is cooked.

| Tasty pizza flavored casserole that is easy and delicious. |

Ingredients:
- 2 packages uncooked macaroni and cheese
- 1can pizza sauce
- 1 package mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 ounces pepperoni sausage
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or about 3 minutes before cooked; drain and place noodles in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Stir in pizza sauce, powdered cheese packets from macaroni and cheese mix, 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 the Parmesan cheese, pepperoni
- Add other pizza toppings that you want to add.
- Top with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly; serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- 5 ounces reverse osmosis water
- 1 medium red potato
- 3 ounces diced carrots
- 5 ounces nonfat milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1sprig parsley

Step Wise Instructions:
- Saute fresh spinach until wilted in grapeseed oil.
- Peel red potato and cube.
- Place sauteed spinach, red potato, diced carrots, and water in blender.
- Puree.
- Transfer puree to small sauce pan and slowly stir in non-fat milk, cinnamon and basil over low heat until warm.
- Garnish with parsley.
