Cheese Noodle Bake

Cheese Noodle Bake

Great snack for your halloween party. Simple homemade noodle jerky!

Total time to cook: 40 minutes
Serves: 6
Category: Onions, non veg, Parmesan cheese, healthy recipe, noodles
 
Ingredients:
  1. 4 ounces uncooked noodles
  2. 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  3. 3/4 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
  4. 1/3 cup chopped green onions with tops
  5. 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  6. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  8. 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
  9. 2 egg whites
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray square baking dish, 8×8x2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
  4. Mix noodles and remaining ingredients. Spread in dish.
  5. Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.

Rice with Seafood

Rice with Seafood

This is a super quick version of seafood rice that makes a great side dish for informal gatherings

Total time to cook: 45 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients: Crust
  1. 2 dozens of squid
  2. 2 dozens small scallops
  3. 2 dozens of mussels
  4. 2 dozens machos
  5. 2 medium red peppers cut in strips
  6. 3 tablespoons of oil
  7. ½ cup of cooked green peas
  8. 2 Medium onions finely chopped
  9. 2 tbsp yellow hot pepper sauce
  10. 2 tablespoons of garlic, ground
  11. 2 tomatoes peeled and cut in pieces
  12. 3 tablespoons coriander, ground
  13. 4 cups rice
  14. 4 ½ cups of water
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Boil and clean the seafood, Heat the oil and fry the onions until golden, add garlic, yellow hot peppers, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir and add the cariander and 4 1/2 cups of water.
  3. Put in the seafood and bring to the boil then add the rice, peas and strips of red pepper.
  4. Simmer until the rice is cooked.

Pizza Casserole

Tasty pizza flavored casserole that is easy and delicious.
Total time to cook: 1 hour
Serves: 5

Ingredients:
  1. 2 packages uncooked macaroni and cheese
  2. 1can pizza sauce
  3. 1 package mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 6 ounces pepperoni sausage
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add pasta and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or about 3 minutes before cooked; drain and place noodles in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  4. Stir in pizza sauce, powdered cheese packets from macaroni and cheese mix, 1/2 the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 the Parmesan cheese, pepperoni
  5. Add other pizza toppings that you want to add.
  6. Top with the remaining cheeses.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly; serve.

Cheesy Pasta

This is one of my easiest pasta recipes!
Total time to cook: 40 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
  1. 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
  2. 5 ounces fresh spinach
  3. 5 ounces reverse osmosis water
  4. 1 medium red potato
  5. 3 ounces diced carrots
  6. 5 ounces nonfat milk
  7. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  8. 1/2 teaspoon basil
  9. 1sprig parsley
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Saute fresh spinach until wilted in grapeseed oil.
  2. Peel red potato and cube.
  3. Place sauteed spinach, red potato, diced carrots, and water in blender.
  4. Puree.
  5. Transfer puree to small sauce pan and slowly stir in non-fat milk, cinnamon and basil over low heat until warm.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
