A wonderful fruity recipe for the entire family,simple and healthy rich fruit recipe.
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 cup mango, peeled
1/2 cup kiwi fruit
1/4 cup apple juice
5 large bananas
2 t. lemon juice
1 cup shredded coconut
1 Quart Almond-Flax Granola
Step Wise Instructions:
In a medium bowl, place the blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, mango, kiwi, and apple juice, toss gently to combine, and set aside.
In a food processor or blender, place the bananas and lemon juice, and process for 1 minute or until smooth.
Scrape down the sides of the container.
Add the shredded coconut and process the mixture an additional 2-3 minutes or until extremely light and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a glass bowl.
To assemble the parfaits: in the bottom of 4 large glasses or dessert dishes place 1/2 cup of the mixed fruit mixture, then 1/2 cup Almond-Flax Granola, followed by 1/2 cup of the banana-coconut cream mixture.
Repeat the layers ending with the banana-coconut cream mixture.
Serve immediately.

Step Wise Instructions:
Mix first three ingredients.

This is a really easy recipe for a soothing tea with flavors of ginger, holy basil and anisseds.

Ingredients:
½” piece of Ginger
3 tsp. of Tea Leaves
½ tsp. of Aniseeds
1 tbsp. of Holy Basil
Sugar (to taste)
¾ cups of Milk
1 ½ cup of Water
Step Wise Instructions:
Take a sauce pan and put the water on medium heat
Add the crushed ginger, aniseeds and holy basil leaves.
Let the water to come to a boil.
Now add the tea leaves bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain the team and put it in a tea pot.
Enjoy it with sugar and milk.

Nice adult twist to an old time favorite, with butter and Rum. Warms you up right on those frigid evenings.

Ingredients:
1 c Butter
1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Sifted fruit sugar
1 t Ground nutmeg
1 t Ground cinnamon
2 c Vanilla ice cream, softened
Rum
Boiling water
Step Wise Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat together butter, both sugars and spices until well combined. Beat in the ice cream.
Turn into a 4 cup freezer container.
Seal and freeze.
To serve, spoon about 1/3 cup mix into a mug, add one jigger of rum and 1/2 cup boiling water.
Stir well.

1/2 ounce rum
1/2 ounce vodka

Splash of lemon-lime soda
Whole fresh California Strawberry
Step Wise Instruction:
In a blender combine all ingredients except whole berry and lemon-lime soda; flash blend.
Pour into tall glass.
Splash lemon-lime soda on top.
Garnish with whole berry.

1/3 cup low fat silken tofu

In a blender combine all ingredients except whole berry and lemon-lime soda; flash blend.
Pour into tall glass.
Splash lemon-lime soda on top.
Garnish with whole berry.
