This is a recipe for apple bread dipped in a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar, and then in chopped nuts.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbs milk
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Step Wise Instructions:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl and beat with eletric mixer for 1 minute.
- Combine remaining ingredients except nuts and add to applesauce mixture beating until smooth.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spoon into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees 40-45 min allow to cool in pan on rack for 10-15 minutes
- Remove from pan and continue to cool on rack.

Ingredients:Roast
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- Salt and pepper
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- Mix egg and milk.
- Sift together flour, cornmeal, salt and pepper.
- Dip shrimp or other meat into milk and egg mixture.
- Coat with flour mixture.
- Fry in deep hot fat until brown.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve.

Ingredients:Roast
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
|
|
Step Wise Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sour cream, sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients until everything is completely mixed together.
- Let the dough chill for about 15 minutes.
- Form dough into small balls, or use fun cookie cutters.
- Bake until LIGHT golden brown - no more than 10 minutes.
- When you take them out of the oven they may seem underdone, but they are perfectly fine.
- Let them cool until soft and moist.

Ingredients: Crust
- 1 pk chocolate cake mix
- 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
- 6 oz. Heath Bits ‘O Brickle
- 4 Heath Candy bars
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
|
|
Step Wise Instructions:
- Bake cake as directed on box.
- As soon as cake comes out of the oven, punch holes in the top of the cake with a straw.
- Spread condensed milk on top.
- Sprinkle package of brickle chips on top of cake.
- Cool cake.
- Spread cool whip on top.
- Mash frozen Heath Bars (use a hammer) and spread on top of cake.
- Keep refrigerated.

Ingredients:
- 7 oz of marshmallow crème
- ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 5 oz of chow mien noodles
- 1 cup of pastel peanut
- Confectioners’ sugar
|
|
Step Wise Instructions:
- Beat marshmallow crème, peanut butter and butter in a bowl until the mixture is smooth.
- Fold in the chow mien noodles and the M&Ms.
- Chill until easy to handle.
- On waxed paper, form into suitably sized nests.
- Chill for about 40 minutes.
- Dust with confectioners’ sugar and put some peanut M&Ms in the nests.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup butter
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chopped slivered almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
|

Filling:
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine
- vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon or seed mustard
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, finely torn
- 1 tbsp small capers, rinsed

Topping:
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine
- vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon or seed mustard
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, finely torn
- 1 tbsp small capers, rinsed

Step Wise Instructions:
- Cook the potatoes in simmering, salted water until tender but still firm, about 20 minutes.
- To make the dressing, whisk the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl until thickened.
- Add the spring onions, dill and capers.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large fry pan and sear the salmon, skin side down, until the skin is crisp.
- Turn to finish cooking briefly on the other side, leaving the inside pink.
- Season well.
- Drain the potatoes and slice them thickly as soon as you can handle them.
- Toss them carefully in the dressing, making sure the slices are well-coated, and arrange on four warmed dinner plates.
- Place the salmon on top.
- Wash the watercress, toss it in any remaining dressing and serve alongside salmon.

Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Salt
- 5 to 6 tbsp Low fat butter
- 1/2 cup Milk

Step Wise Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 2 baking sheets.
- Grind the rolled oats in a blender down to medium-coarse.
- Combine the ground oats, whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Add in the butter, and make sure its mixed in well.
- Best done in a food processor or electric mixer.
- Add in 1/3 cup of the milk and mix well.
- Add enough milk so that the ingredients form a dough that just holds together.
- Divide the dough into 3 or 4 portions and roll out one portion at a time to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Then cut out round sections about 3 inch wide.
- Transfer the cut rounds to the baking sheets, and poke some holes into the rounds.
- Bake the biscuits for about 10 to 12 minutes until they’re golden brown.

| You just can’t go wrong with chocolate and creams! |

Ingredients:
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 1container prepared chocolate frosting
- 1 bar chocolate flavored confectioners coating

Step Wise Instruction:
- Prepare the cake mix according to package directions using any of the recommended pan sizes.
- When cake is done, crumble while warm into a large bowl, and stir in the frosting until well blended.
- Melt chocolate coating in a glass bowl in the microwave, or in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Use a melon balls or small scoop to form balls of the chocolate cake mixture.
- Dip the balls in chocolate using a toothpick or fork to hold them.
- Place on waxed paper to set.

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 cup softened Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tsp grated Lemon Peel
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 1/4 cup Fine Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 cup grounded Hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup Jam

Step Wise Instruction:
- Preheat the oven at 325 degrees.
- In a bowl mix sugar and butter.
- Beat the mixture till soft and fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence, lemon peel and egg yolk.
- Mix well.
- Add the flour and the hazelnuts.
- Make a soft dough.
- Make 1 1/4 size balls out of the dough.
- Take a ungreased cookies sheet and place the balls on it 2 inches apart.
- Press the cookies in the center with the thumb.
- Bake the cookiesat 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.
- Let them cool.
- When completely cool fill the cavity of each cookie with ½ teaspoon jam.

| This is one of my easiest pasta recipes! |

Ingredients:
- 1 pound long pasta
- 1 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 2 medium cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Juice of two lemons
- 3/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- Salt & pepper
|
|
Step Wise Instruction:
- Mix together the oil, garlic, parsley and lemon zest and juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the toasted pine nuts, stir well, and allow to sit for a couple of hours for the flavors to meld.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it is al dente. Just before draining, remove a small cup of pasta water.
- Drain the pasta, and return it to the pot with the lemon sauce over high heat.
- Add a little pasta water to prevent it from drying out.
- As soon as it is piping hot, remove from the heat and serve.
- Scoop the pine nuts off the bottom of the pot to top the pasta, and serve with a wedge of lemon.
