This is my best ever light and crisp waffles that i serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Blue corn
3/4 c All-purpose flour
1 tb Sugar
Ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Buttermilk
2 large Eggs, separated
6 tb Melted butter
Maple syrup
Step Wise Instructions:
In a bowl, mix cornmeal , flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
In another bowl, mix butter with egg yolks and 1/4 cup of melted butter.
Pour liquids into dry mixture, stirring to moisten well.
Whip egg whites until they hold stiff peaks, fold into batter.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron set on medium high heat or in an electric one set at medium high (375 degrees).
Brush grids with melted butter; half fill with batter, spreading slightly.
Close iron; bake until waft
fle is golden brown,5 to 6 minutes.
Serve hot with butter and syrup.

Meal in one, easy and tasty
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
4 cups Corn Chex
4 cups Wheat Chex
2 cups square-shaped cheese flavored crackers
2 cups pretzel sticks
2 cups mixed nuts or dry roasted peanuts
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Step Wise Instructions:
In a large roasting pan, combine the cereals, crackers, pretzels and nuts; set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt until blended.
Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat.
Bake, uncovered, at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread on waxed paper to cool completely.
Store in airtight containers.

Serve this Indian dish with Sweet Corn kabab and Rose Punch.

Ingredients:
1 cup corn (boiled)
1 cup corn flakes
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp besan
1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
1 tea spoon garam masala
1 shredded onion medium size
1 shredded carrot
1/2 kg oil
baking soda as needed
cilantro as needed
pudina as needed
salt as needed
kabab sticks or ice crean sticks
Step Wise Instructions:
Grind the boiled corn
Crush corn flakes in a separate bowl.
Combine together the ground corn, besan, baking soda, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, onion, carrot, cilantro, pudina, salt.
Make the Kabab style stick with the mix and touch it in the corn flakes crush.
Fry in the oil
Used with hot or sweet sauce.

This is a really easy recipe. Just three ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 cup raw popcorn kernels
2 T. safflower oil
1 T. water
1 T. nutritional yeast flakes
1 T. Creole Seasoning
1/4 t. salt (optional)
Step Wise Instructions:
Using a hot air popper or other popcorn popper, pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl.
In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients, and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes to blend the flavors.
Drizzle the oil mixture over the popcorn and toss well to evenly coat the popcorn with the mixture.
Serve warm.

Ingredients:
1 16-ounce bag frozen petite white corn
1 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1 8-ounce bottle clam juice
4 tbsp sliced green onions, divided
2 tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger, divided
4 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice, divided
2 tbsp (1/4 stick) butter
Step Wise Instructions:
4 ounces cooked crabmeat, flaked Preparation Reserve 1/4 cup corn.
Bring remaining corn and milk to boil in medium saucepan. Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 10 minutes. Puree mixture in blender.
Add clam juice, 3 tablespoons green onions, and 1 teaspoon ginger; puree again until almost smooth.
Return puree to saucepan; bring to simmer.
Mix in 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat.
Add reserved 1/4 cup corn; sauté 1 minute.
Add crab, 1 tablespoon green onions, 1 teaspoon ginger, and 3 teaspoons lemon juice; stir just until warm.
Season with salt and pepper.
Divide soup among bowls; mound crab mixture in center.

You just can’t go wrong with caramel and popcorn! This is a quick and easy recipe, if you like caramel you will love these twists! They are sure to become a favorite. They also go great with breakfast.

Ingredients:
3 quarts popped popcorn
3 cups dry roasted mixed nuts, unsalted
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Step Wise Instructions:
Preheat oven to 250°. In a large roasting pan combine the popcorn and nuts.
Place in the oven while preparing glaze.
In a medium saucepan combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt.
Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, then continue to boil for 4 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla, then pour over the warm popcorn and nuts, tossing to coat well.
Bake another 60 minutes, stirring freqently, about every 10 minutes.
Cool and break apart. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 4 quarts.

Potatoes with French bread are a great thing to serve alongside pasta or any other dish where you want to enhance the flavor.

Ingredients:
3 boiled potatoes
5 french beans
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 carrot
10 cauliflowerettes
1 capsicum
1 big onion
1″piece ginger
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp soya sauce
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
filling:
10 whole fried cashew nuts
1tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp raisins
12 small cubes paneer
coat:
3tbsps plain flour
1tbsp corn flour
4tbsps breadcrumbs
garnish:
A few lettuce leaves
sliced onions
Sliced cucumber
sliced tomatoes
Par boiled beetroot slices
Step Wise Instructions:
Mash the potatoes coarsely.
Cut the french beans, capsicums, carrots and cauliflowerettes into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan vessel. When really hot, add the vegetables and cook for four to five minutes.
Add the chilli powder, green chillies, ginger, soya sauce and salt.
Remove and cool.
Prepare filling by mixing chopped nuts, raisinsand paneer cubes.
Shape the prepared vegetables in the form of a cone. Make it hollow and place the filling in the center and seal well.
Mix the flours well in a cup of water.
Dip the cones in this paste and roll into breadcrumbs. Just before serving deep fry in oil.
Place on a bed of lrttuce leaves and decorate with the sliced onions, tomatoes and cucumber.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.

These delicious savory Breads are a delightful snack at cocktail parties. But beware, once you start, it’s hard to stop eating them!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Corn Meal
2 cups water
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided use
3 large eggs, separated
2 tbsp margarine or butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
Step Wise Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease 11/2-quart casserole dish.
Combine dry milk and corn meal in large saucepan.
Stir in water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 3/4 cup cheese, egg yolks, margarine and baking powder.
Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl until stiff peaks form.
Fold into corn meal mixture lightly but thoroughly.
Pour into prepared dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden and filling is set.
Serve warm.

Serve this simple dessert after your favorite Indian entree.

Ingredients:
3 cups(720ml)milk
200g fresh cream
6tbsp(90g)granulated sugar
4 tbsp(60g)skimmed milk powder
50g pistachios(chopped)
2 tbsp icing sugar(sieved)
1 1/2 tbsp(20g)cornflour
1 tbsp(15ml) liquid glucose
1 tbsp(5g)GMS
1/4 tsp(1ml) rose essence, a few drops of green colour
a pinch of soda bicorn
Step Wise Instructions:
Bring three cups milk to a boil.
Continue to boil on high heat, stirring continuously, till reduced to 2 cups.
Sieve the cornflour and milk powder together.
Add it to 1 cup warm milk and mix to a smooth mixture.
Bring the remaining 1 cup milk to a boil.
Add the cornflour-milk powder mixture, liquid glucose and sugar.
Cook on medium heat till thick, stirring continuously.
Remove from heat, add rose essence and stir well.
Keep aside to cool.
Mix GMS in 1/4 cup milk thoroughly and add to the mixture along with green colour.
Cool and freeze. When half set remove from the freezer and beat it well.
Add a pinch of soda bicarb and sieved icing sugar to the fresh cream and beat it lightly and add it to the mixture.
Lightly beat it again for a minute.
Add the chopped pistachios.
Mix well. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and put it in the freezer.
