Prepare this mix any time and have delicious juice winter long.
 
Total time to cook: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
  1. 1 Can HiC Ecto Cooler(the green kind)
  2. 2-2 liter Sprite
  3. 1 container green sherbert
Step Wise Instructions:Crust
  1. Mix first two ingredients in large punch bowl.
  2. Add sherbert to keep the mix cool.

This Beer dip is easy to make, and you can prepare it up to two weeks ahead of time!

  1. 1/4 to 1/2 can of beer
  2. 2 jars of Kraft Old English Spread
  3. 2 8oz. Pkgs. of Cream Cheese
  4. Garlic Powder
Step Wise Instructions:Crust
  1. Mix all together
  2. Add garlic to taste.
  3. Use a hand mixer - it makes it much easier!
  4. Serve with white bread, or any kind of cracker or breadstick

Apple Juice Vinaigrette This is a delicious, fruity iced juice with flavors of apple and lemon.

  1. 4 tbsp olive oil
  2. 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  3. 1/2 cup apple juice
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Put all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well.
  2. Use on salads or as a marinade.

This is our favorite recipe for fixing up fresh picked peaches.
 
Total time to cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
  1. 2 ea Peaches, peeled and sliced
  2. 1/4 c Instant dry milk powder
  3. 1/4 c Peach nectar
  4. 4 ea Ice cubes
  5. 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Combine peaches, milk powder, peach nectar, ice cubes and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Process until it becomes smooth.
  3. This would probably be good using apricots and apricot nectar in place of the peaches.

Wonderfully quick and easy snack to make

Ingredients:
  1. 6 slices bacon
  2. 3-1/4 cup milk
  3. 1 cup ricotta cheese
  4. 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  7. 5 eggs 1 cup chopped red onion
  8. 1-3/4 cup diced tomato
  9. 1-1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  10. 1 16 oz. loaf sourdough bread
  11. grated fresh parmesan
  12. paprika
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Whisk eggs, milk, cheeses, salt & cayenne until well blended.
  2. Combine eggs, tomato, onion and rosemary.
  3. Arrange half of bread cubes in 9×13-inch dish coated with cooking spray.
  4. Spoon half of tomato mixture over bread & pour half of mil mixture over tomato mixture.
  5. Repeat procedure with remaining bread, tomato and milk mixtures.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and grated parmesan.
  7. Cover and refrigerate 8 hrs. or overnight.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Let it set 15 minutes before serving.

  1. Combine orange juice concentrate, cranberry juice, and sugar.
  2. Chill. Just before serving.
  3. Stir in club soda.
  4. Pour over crushed ice in goblets.

Ice Cream Roll-up Cake

So simple to make, this recipe is something you can throw together in a jiffy for your favorite Indian recipes

Ingredients:
  1. 4 eggs, separated
  2. 3/4 c. sugar, divided
  3. 1/2 c. flour
  4. 1/3 c. cocoa
  5. 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  6. 1/4 tsp. salt
  7. 1/3 c. water
  8. 1 tsp. vanilla
  9. 1 tbsp. sugar
  10. 1 qt. ice cream, softened
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. Beat egg yolks for 3 minutes, add 1/2 cup sugar and beat 2 minutes more.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, 1/4 cup sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the water to the egg mixture. Stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; add 1 tablespoon of sugar and beat until stiff.
  5. Fold mixture into the batter.
  6. Cover the bottom and sides of a jelly roll pan with wax paper. Grease wax paper completely with Crisco.
  7. Spread batter into pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
  8. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a towel the size of the jelly roll pan.
  9. While the cake is still hot, turn onto towel, peel off wax paper and roll gently with towel and cool.
  10. Unroll, spread a layer of ice cream, then roll again. Wrap in heavy-duty foil and freeze 3 hours.

  3. 2 cups frozen raspberries

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  1. 4 cups cold water
  2. 10 tea bags
  3. 4 cans apricot nectar
  4. 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, slightly crushed
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. Fresh mint
  7. Citrus slices
Step Wise Instructions:
  1. In a 4-quart Dutch oven bring water to boiling.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add tea bags.
  4. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Discard bags.
  6. Stir in nectar, mint, and sugar.
  7. Cover; chill sometimes.
