- Add sherbert to keep the mix cool.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 to 1/2 can of beer
- 2 jars of Kraft Old English Spread
- 2 8oz. Pkgs. of Cream Cheese
- Garlic Powder

Step Wise Instructions:Crust
- Mix all together
- Add garlic to taste.
- Use a hand mixer - it makes it much easier!
- Serve with white bread, or any kind of cracker or breadstick

Ingredients:
- 2 ea Peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 c Instant dry milk powder
- 1/4 c Peach nectar
- 4 ea Ice cubes
- 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- Combine peaches, milk powder, peach nectar, ice cubes and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Process until it becomes smooth.
- This would probably be good using apricots and apricot nectar in place of the peaches.

Wonderfully quick and easy snack to make

Ingredients:
- 6 slices bacon
- 3-1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 5 eggs 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1-3/4 cup diced tomato
- 1-1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 16 oz. loaf sourdough bread
- grated fresh parmesan
- paprika

Step Wise Instructions:
- Whisk eggs, milk, cheeses, salt & cayenne until well blended.
- Combine eggs, tomato, onion and rosemary.
- Arrange half of bread cubes in 9×13-inch dish coated with cooking spray.
- Spoon half of tomato mixture over bread & pour half of mil mixture over tomato mixture.
- Repeat procedure with remaining bread, tomato and milk mixtures.
- Sprinkle with paprika and grated parmesan.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hrs. or overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Let it set 15 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 qt. ice cream, softened

Step Wise Instructions:
- Beat egg yolks for 3 minutes, add 1/2 cup sugar and beat 2 minutes more.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, 1/4 cup sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients alternately with the water to the egg mixture. Stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; add 1 tablespoon of sugar and beat until stiff.
- Fold mixture into the batter.
- Cover the bottom and sides of a jelly roll pan with wax paper. Grease wax paper completely with Crisco.
- Spread batter into pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on a towel the size of the jelly roll pan.
- While the cake is still hot, turn onto towel, peel off wax paper and roll gently with towel and cool.
- Unroll, spread a layer of ice cream, then roll again. Wrap in heavy-duty foil and freeze 3 hours.

- 10 tea bags
- 4 cans apricot nectar
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, slightly crushed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Fresh mint
- Citrus slices

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a 4-quart Dutch oven bring water to boiling.
- Remove from heat.
- Add tea bags.
- Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Discard bags.
- Stir in nectar, mint, and sugar.
- Cover; chill sometimes.
