Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen sweet or tart cherries
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 cup cherry juice blend, or other juice
- 4 maraschino cherries, for garnish

Step Wise Instructions:
- Put frozen cherries, banana and cherry juice blend in container of electric blender or food processor.
- Cover and process until smooth.
- Pour into individual serving glasses.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries.
- Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 cup chilled double-strength coffee
- 3 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Chocolate syrup
- Desired garnishes
- Ice

Step Wise Instructions:
- Pour coffee into a tall glass over ice. Add chocolate liqueur.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup to taste.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or chocolate shavings if desired.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cranberries
- 3 ounces Liquid pectin (regular)
- 1 cup Concentrated apple juice
- 5 tablespoons Glycerin
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Unfl.gelatin or 2 tb.freezer
|
|
Step Wise Instructions:
- Wash and pick over cranberries, discarding any that are soft.
- Place in a deep saucepan and add fruit juices.
- Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, until fruit is soft.
- Mash to break up any berries left whole.
- Strain in food mill to remove seeds. Return to saucepan and heat to boiling.
- Add pectin, glycerin and gelatin, stirring well. Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Skim and pour into hot, sterile pint jars, leaving 1/2 inch at top.
- Cap with hot sterile lids.
- Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes after water returns to boiling.
- If any jars fail to seal, refrigerate and use within 10 days or freeze for later use.
- Makes 3 1/2 cups.

Ingredients:
- 3 tsp grated orange peel
- 3 cinnamon sticks, crushed
- 3 tsp whole cloves
- 1 whole nutmeg, crushed
- 3 c Apple juice
- 6 Cinnamon sticks

Step Wise Instructions:
- Combine orange peel, 3 crushed cinnamon sticks, cloves and nutmeg in a small bowl.
- Tie dry ingredients in a double thickness of cheesecloth to make a sachet, or secure in a large tea-straining ball.
- In a medium pan, simmer apple juice with spices for at least 20 minutes.
- Ladle into mugs and garnish each with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:
- ½” piece of Ginger
- 3 tsp. of Tea Leaves
- ½ tsp. of Aniseeds
- 1 tbsp. of Holy Basil
- Sugar (to taste)
- ¾ cups of Milk
- 1 ½ cup of Water
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- Take a sauce pan and put the water on medium heat
- Add the crushed ginger, aniseeds and holy basil leaves.
- Let the water to come to a boil.
- Now add the tea leaves bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain the team and put it in a tea pot.
- Enjoy it with sugar and milk.

Ingredients:
- 1 c Butter
- 1 c Brown sugar
- 1/2 c Sifted fruit sugar
- 1 t Ground nutmeg
- 1 t Ground cinnamon
- 2 c Vanilla ice cream, softened
- Rum
- Boiling water
|
|
Step Wise Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, beat together butter, both sugars and spices until well combined. Beat in the ice cream.
- Turn into a 4 cup freezer container.
- Seal and freeze.
- To serve, spoon about 1/3 cup mix into a mug, add one jigger of rum and 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Stir well.

Ingredients:
- 4 c cherries, pitted, sliced
- 1/2 c Water
- 1/3 c Granulated Sugar
- 2 tb Lime Juice, fresh

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water; bring to a boil and cook until sugar is dissolved, about 1 - 2 minutes. Let cool.
- Puree the cherries in a food processor or blender until smooth; place in a bowl along with sugar syrup and lime juice.
- Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Freeze until nearly solid.
- Scoop mixture into a food processor or blender and beat until mixture is smooth, but not melted.
- Spoon into dishes and serve immediately.
