Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 (1-ounce) slices white bread
- Cooking spray
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 24 oysters on the half shell
- 8 lemon wedges

Step Wise Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Place bread in a food processor, and pulse 10 times or until coarse crumbs form to measure 3/4 cup.
- Heat a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add onions, parsley, and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; stir in fresh breadcrumbs, Italian breadcrumbs, and the next 4 ingredients (Italian breadcrumbs through black pepper).
- Place oysters on a jelly roll pan. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over oysters.
- Bake the oysters at 450° for 7 minutes or until the edges of the oysters curl.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 can (14 oz.) tomato sauce, no salt added
- 1 env. Garlic & Herb Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
- 1 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese

Step Wise Instructions:
- Toss spaghetti, egg and milk in large bowl. Spread evenly in greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Cook meat untill brown in medium skillet; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce and salad dressing mix.
- Spoon over spaghetti crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted..

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cans pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp sliced green onion

Step Wise Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and Italian seasoning; mix well.
- Spread mixture in the bottom of a medium-size casserole dish.
- Combine mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over cream cheese.
- Spread pizza sauce over cheese.
- Top with remaining cheese, pepper and onions.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until bubbly.
- Makes 12 servings.
- To heat Hot Pizza Dip in the microwave , microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes; turn.
- Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and heated through.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 165 g butter
- 1 egg
- 165 g flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g cornstarch
- 90 g powdered sugar
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- Whisk butter and sugar than add the egg, flour and corn starch sifted, vanilla and lemon zest.
- Put in a pastry bag, than make several shape on a non stick baking mat.
- Sprinkle with sugar, cocoa and chocolat chips.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Oven 180° C, 350 degrees F.

Ingredients:
- 1 block mozzarella cheese
- 16 Genoa salami slices
- 1 can small artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 jar large pitted Spanish olives, drained
- 16 wooden skewers
- 1 bottle balsamic-basil vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Step Wise Instructions:
- Cut cheese evenly into 16 cubes.
- Wrap salami slices around cheese cubes.
- Thread cubes, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and olives alternatively on skewers.
- Place skewers in a large plastic container or baking dish.
- Stir together vinaigrette and lemon juice.
- Pour dressing mixture over skewers; cover tightly, and chill 8 hours.
- Remove skewers from marinade, discarding marinade before serving.

Ingredients:
- 12 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained
- 1 oz. Smoked Cooked Ham, finely sliced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. Cheese
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, drained, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed, drained
- 1/2 cup seeded chopped tomato
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves

Step Wise Instructions:
- Toss pasta with ham and oil.
- Stir cheese and milk in saucepan on low heat until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Pour over pasta mixture.

Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons creamy Italian salad dressing
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Step Wise Instructions:
- Mash chickpeas coarsely in medium bowl with hand potato masher, leaving some larger pieces.
- Stir in carrots, bread crumbs, dressing and egg.
- Shape chickpea mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add patties; cook 3 minutes per side or until well browned.
- Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 10 slices hickory smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 medium sized loaf Italian bread, sliced (20 slices)
- 3/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1/8 cup fresh garlic, crushed
- 20 1/8″ thick slices fresh mozzarella cheese

Step Wise Instruction:
- Cook bacon until golden, drain on paper towels, let cool then crumble.
- Set bacon aside.
- Place bread on cookie sheet.
- Layer with onion, garlic, crumbled bacon and top with thick slice of mozzarella.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 Loaf Italian Bread - Cubed
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 Cucumber, Seeded, Sliced - Peeled
- 5 Green Onion Tops - Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 pound Tomatoes- Seeded, Chunked
- 6 basil leaves - chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper

Step Wise Instruction:
- In large bowl, moisten bread with broth; squeeze out excess liquid and discard.
- Sprinkle bread with 1 tablespoon vinegar; toss to distribute vinegar flavor.
- Mix lightly with cucumber, green and red onions, tomatoes and basil.
- Add olive oil and remaining 1 tablespoon vinegar.
- Season to taste with salt ad pepper.
- Toss gently; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Can be made a day ahead.
- Season to taste.
- For serving, use radicchio leaves as cups.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
