A perfect family dish recipe that should be a hit with both kids and adults. Feel free to increase half and half or heavy cream for a more rich taste. You can also add a second chicken breast if your family prefers chunkier.

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
6 oz. mozzarella
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2/3 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Step Wise Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dip chicken in egg. Then dip chicken in the seasoned breadcrumbs and coat evenly.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and brown chicken until it is no longer pink in the middle.
Place chicken in a casserole dish.
Top each piece of chicken with 1 1/2 oz. of mozzarella cheese.
Mix together heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes.
Pour cream mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 25 minutes.

Ingredients:
5 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
Seasoned flour
Cooking spray
5 slices mozzarella cheese
Step Wise Instructions:
Dip chicken breasts in seasoned flour.
Cook in 450 F degree oven for 20 minutes; spray cooking spray on chicken breasts to make a crisp layer over chicken.
Put mozzarella slice on each chicken breast and return to oven for 5 minutes or until melted.
Seasoned flour: Add chili pepper, paprika, or seasoned salt to flour.

Casseroles make the perfect dinner for busy families.

Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 cup low fat 1% milk
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Step Wise Instruction:
Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Place flour, sugar, paprika and salt in a small bowl.
Beat egg and milk in another small bowl.
Place coconut in a third small bowl.
Dip shrimp first in egg wash, then the flour mixture, then back in the egg wash, then in the coconut.
Arrange shrimp on baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.

6 crushed garlic cloves
4 tbsp of honey
4 tbsp of hoi sin sauce
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 tsp of salt
Step Wise Instruction:
Mix all of the ingredients over the turkey.
Place in a 375°F (190°C) oven with a tray filled with water underneath.
Roast for some times..
Serve.

Ingredients:
1 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. parsley sprigs
2 cans mushrooms, drained
2 pkgs. seasoned stuffing mix
3 to 3 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Step Wise Instructions:
Melt butter in skillet and saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms.
Pour over bread cubes in large bowl.
Pour in broth, add beaten eggs and mix together well.
Pack lightly into crockpot.
Cover and cook on high 45 minutes; then reduce to low 4 or more hours.

Kids love these little Bacon swiss squares, and moms love them because they’re easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, about 6 ounces
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp finely minced or grated onion
4 slices bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
Step Wise Instructions:
Prepare pans. Generously grease and flour two 8-inch square baking pans.
Separate dinner rolls into 4 rectangles.
Press 2 rectangles into bottom and about 1 inch up sides of one of the prepared baking pans.
Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over the dough. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and onion; pour half of the egg and milk mixture over the cheese in baking pan.
Sprinkle with half of the bacon and about half of the parsley.
Repeat with remaining ingredients in the second prepared pan.
Place pans in preheated 425° oven; bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes; slice and cut into small squares.
Makes about 32 Bacon Swiss appetizers.

Easy, quick and tasty cod fish pie.
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
3 pound salted cod fish
1/2 pound rice
1/3 pound grated raw potato
1 cup olive oil
1 bunch parsley
2 large onions
1/2 head of garlic
Mint
Salt and pepper to taste
Phyllo pastry
Step Wise Instructions:
Soak the cod in a bowl of water overnight, to remove the salt.
Remove the skin, bones and cut into small regular sized pieces.
Finely chop the onions and garlic; put in a mixing bowl.
Add the finely chopped parsley, mint, rice, grated potato, salt, pepper and one tbsp of olive oil.
Mix to combine. Brush the bottoms and sides of a large pie dish with oil.
Layer 2-3 sheets of pastry over the base.
Pour in the pie filling.
Place pieces of cod throughout the filling and then pour some oil over the top.
Pour about 1/2 litre of water over the filling and cover with 2-3 sheets of pastry.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 180° C until well browned.

This delicious savory recipe is a delightful snack at cocktail parties. But beware, once you start, it’s hard to stop eating them!

Ingredients:
1 (5 lb.) bass or equivalent
1 lg Onion, chopped
1 Bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Stick margarine
2 cn Tomato sauce
1 cn Whole tomatoes
juice of 1 lemon 1 c Cooking wine
1/2 c Green onions
Tabasco sauce
salt to taste
pepper, garlic powder
Step Wise Instructions:
Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and season well, ahead of time, preferably overnight.
Wilt onions, and bell pepper in margarine.
Add tomato sauce and whole tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes in uncovered pot.
Add 2 cups cold water and seasoning to taste along with dash of Tabasco .
Cook for 25 minutes over medium heat.
Add wine and pour mixture over fish you have placed in a baking dish.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Baste several times.
Sprinkle with parsley and onion tops and serve, garnishing with slices of lemon.

Ingredients:
2 lbs Chicken
2 tsp Corn Flour
2 tsp All Purpose Flour
1 no Egg
1 1/2 tsp. each of Ginger and Garlic paste
2 tsp Red Chilies powder
12 no Green Chilies
2 cups Yogurt
1 tsp Curry Powder
4 drops of red food color
Onion for garnishing
3 tsp Lime juice
Salt according to taste
Vegetable Oil for frying
Step Wise Instructions:
Mix corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, ginger garlic paste, chili powder and salt to thick batter. Add water if required.
Add chicken pieces to the batter and marinate for an hour.
Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till they turn golden.
Heat 4 tsp. oil in a sauce pan and add slit chilies, yogurt, garam masala, and red color, little salt and fried chicken pieces.
Fry for 4-5 minutes and remove from heat.
Add lime juice, mix well, garnish with onions
Serve hot.
