Easy throw together casserole, delicious. Kids usually love this type of Blintz casserole mix.

Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen blintzes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
Step Wise Instructions:
Lightly coat a rectangular pan or glass casserole dish with butter or margarine.
Place blintzes in single layer.
Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over blintzes.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

I love restaurant style Egg Fry dishes that I can fix at home.

Ingredients:
5 Eggs
1 Onion
Tomato Half
1 small piece Dry coconut
¼ spoon Coriander powder
½ Chilly Powder
½ Pepper Powder
3 flakes Garlic
5 leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Step Wise Instructions:
Boil eggs with salt.
Peal the cover of eggs and cut into half.
Pour oil in a kadai and put finely chopped onion, curry leaves and fry.
Add tomato and fry.
Add egg pieces also and fry.
Meanwhile, Grind coconut, coriander powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, garlic and little salt.
Add this mixture, chopped coriander leaves to eggs, and fry it for 7 minutes. Egg fry is ready.

This is a really simple dish you can serve with your favorite Indian dish.

Ingredients:
8 fish fillet
200 gms gram flour
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp ajwain
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg
100 gms curd
oil for deep frying
Salt To Taste
Step Wise Instructions:
Clean, wash and cut fish into one and a half inch size cubes.
Apply salt, lime juice, ginger paste, garlic paste and red chilli powder.
Keep aside for 20 minutes.
Make a batter of gram flour, curd, egg, ajwain, salt and water.
Keep marinated fish pieces dipped in this batter for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the fish till golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala and lemon wedges.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 package dry yeast
2 to 2 1/4 cups all-purpse flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg
1 to 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
Garlic salt
Step Wise Instructions:
Scald milk and put in bowl and add margarine and salt.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast. Let stand 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup flour and beat until smooth; blend in sugar, egg and garlic powder, and then remaining flour.
On lightly floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic.
Put into greased bowl, cover with damp cloth or Saran, and let rise until doubled.
Put on floured board and roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut 1 inch diameter.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Toss in brown bag to absorb grease.

Your guests will love this creamy Beef noodles. Try our Pleasing pot roast.
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:Roast
3-4 lb bottom round roast
2 large onions, peeled
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
16 oz wide egg noodles
Gravy:
12 ginger snaps
4 brown gravy packs
Step Wise Instructions:
Salt and pepper the roast all over. Put 2-3 tbsp of olive oil in a large pot.
Place roast in pot and brown on all sides to seal in flavor. Pour warm water in pot until top of roast is just covered.
Add onions and simmer for 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
After roast has cooked for 2 1/2 hours, take onions and roast out of water and let cool on a platter while you mix gravy.
Let 1/2 the ginger snaps dissolve in a small glass with water . Add 4 brown gravy packs to roast water and whisk until thickened.
Add ginger snaps.
Dissolve other 6 ginger snaps in same amount of water and add it to gravy and whisk.
Cut roast into thin slices and layer them in gravy.
Add onions back to mixture.
Let it refrigerate overnight. Simmer for another 2 hours the next day. Serve over egg noodles.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground round
5 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
1/4 c. shortening
Step Wise Instructions:
Combine meat, onion, green pepper, cornmeal, seasonings, milk and egg.
Blend thoroughly.
Form into 12 balls, roll in flour and brown in hot shortening.
Add remaining flour and tomatoes.
Cover and bake in 450 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 packages shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
1 to 2 tablespoons capers
1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon pepper, divided use
2 packages Fettuccini Alfredo
4 salmon fillets
1/4 teaspoon salt
Step Wise Instructions:
Saute mushrooms and capers in hot oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Remove from heat, and set aside.
Cook fettuccine alfredo sauce in microwave at medium (50% power) 1 minute.
Add pasta, and microwave 8 to 9 more minutes.
Add to mushroom mixture, and toss. Keep warm.
Sprinkle salmon evenly with remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt.
Grill salmon, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°F) 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
Serve over fettuccine mixture.

2 lobsters, 1 1/2 pounds each

4 cups cracker crumbs
lobster tamale, liver
1 1/2 cups melted butter
Step Wise Instructions:
In large bowl mix melted butter into cracker crumbs and garlic powder.
Split the lobsters down the center and remove the stomach and vein.
Save the tamale and add to cracker crumb mixture.
Stuff lobsters with cracker mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes at 450F.

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
6 oz. mozzarella
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2/3 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Step Wise Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dip chicken in egg. Then dip chicken in the seasoned breadcrumbs and coat evenly.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and brown chicken until it is no longer pink in the middle.
Place chicken in a casserole dish.
Top each piece of chicken with 1 1/2 oz. of mozzarella cheese.
Mix together heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes.
Pour cream mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 25 minutes.

Tasty Mex flavor, easy to prepare, delicious

Ingredients:
6 tbsp Rolled oats
1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
Salt
5 to 6 tbsp Low fat butter
1/2 cup Milk
Step Wise Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 2 baking sheets.
Grind the rolled oats in a blender down to medium-coarse.
Combine the ground oats, whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix well.
Add in the butter, and make sure its mixed in well.
Best done in a food processor or electric mixer.
Add in 1/3 cup of the milk and mix well.
Add enough milk so that the ingredients form a dough that just holds together.
Divide the dough into 3 or 4 portions and roll out one portion at a time to about 1/4 inch thick.
Then cut out round sections about 3 inch wide.
Transfer the cut rounds to the baking sheets, and poke some holes into the rounds.
Bake the biscuits for about 10 to 12 minutes until they’re golden brown.
