I love restaurant style Egg Fry dishes that I can fix at home.

Ingredients:
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- Tomato Half
- 1 small piece Dry coconut
- ¼ spoon Coriander powder
- ½ Chilly Powder
- ½ Pepper Powder
- 3 flakes Garlic
- 5 leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil

Step Wise Instructions:
- Boil eggs with salt.
- Peal the cover of eggs and cut into half.
- Pour oil in a kadai and put finely chopped onion, curry leaves and fry.
- Add tomato and fry.
- Add egg pieces also and fry.
- Meanwhile, Grind coconut, coriander powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, garlic and little salt.
- Add this mixture, chopped coriander leaves to eggs, and fry it for 7 minutes. Egg fry is ready.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- Two packets sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Three ice cubes

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a blender at medium speed.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a glass.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Salt pork, diced
- 1/2 cup Diced onion
- 1 cup Diced, peeled potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken broth
- 1-15 oz can Cream-style corn
- 1-14 oz can Kernel corn
- 3-4 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 cup Cold water
- Cayenne pepper and mace
- 1 rich milk

Step Wise Instructions:
- Fry salt pork slowly in a deep saucepan until crispy, then add the onion and stir-fry until golden. Pour off excess fat and add potatoes and broth.
- Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Add both cans of corn and corn juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in a smooth mixture of the flour and water. Let come to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Add a few dashes of cayenne pepper and a pinch of mace.
- Stir in the milk and reheat thoroughly, but do not boil.
- Taste for seasoning.

Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless loin pork chops
- 1/4 cup pre chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Step Wise Instructions:
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Coat pan with cooking spray.
- Add pork to pan; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.
- Remove from pan; keep warm.
- Add pre chopped onion to pan; sauté 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and salt; cook 3 minutes or until thickened.
- Add pork to pan, turning to coat.
- Sprinkle with green onions.

- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 1 scoop ice
- Splash of lemon-lime soda
- Whole fresh California Strawberry

Step Wise Instruction:
- In a blender combine all ingredients except whole berry and lemon-lime soda; flash blend.
- Pour into tall glass.
- Splash lemon-lime soda on top.
- Garnish with whole berry.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- dash of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Step Wise Instruction:
- Combine sugar and honey in large mixing bowl, beating well.
- Add egg, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and salt, beat well.
- Dissolve soda in water; add to honey mixture, stirring well.
- Stir in flour and almonds.
- Press dough evenly into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cut into 3 x 1 inch bars.
- Remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen.

- 3 tomato slices

- Place toast on baking sheet.
- Spread with butter if desired.
- Cover with mushrooms and tomato slices.
- Sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts.
