| Quick, easy, tasty, wonderful salad recipe. The better the cheese, the better the salad! |

Ingredients:
- 8 ounce can of crushed pineapple
- 15 ounce can of pitted dark sweet cherries
- 2 large packages of Cherry Jello
- 16 ounces of Coca Cola (2 cups)
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 8 ounce package of cream cheese
|
|
Step Wise Instructions:
- Drain and save juices from pineapple and cherries.
- Heat juice and add Jell
- Stir until Jell is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- When cool, add Coca Cola, the canned fruit, and pecans.
- Cut cream cheese into small pieces and add to mixture.
- Pour into 9×13 dishes.
- Place in refrigerator until set.
- Can be served on lettuce leaf.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, divided
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3 large red apples, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk the oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, sugar and salt.
- Add cranberries; let stand for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss apples with remaining lemon juice.
- Add the broccoli, walnuts and cranberry mixture; toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
- Toss before serving.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp plum sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 tsp coarse grained prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 avocados - peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup cashews

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 tbsp slump sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, sesame seeds, and basil.
- Add chicken, and turn to coat.
- Marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink, and juices run clear.
- Drain on paper towels. Allow to cool, then cut into bite-size strips.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, and 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix in cooked pasta, chicken, and Cheddar cheese.
- Gently stir in sliced avocado and cashews just before serving.

Ingredients:
- 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 8 lettuce leaves

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a large skillet, saute chicken and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil until chicken juices run clear
- Remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, bring vinegar to a boil.
- Add chicken, tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and remaining oil
- Cook and stir until heated through.
- Divide salad greens among six plates; top with chicken mixture.

Ingredients:
- 2 pkg. Jell-O Pistachio
- 2 cans crushed pineapple
- 2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped Planters Pecans
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
|
|
Step Wise Instructions:
- Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended.
- Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.
- Refrigerate hr or until ready to serve.
- Garnish with additional Cool Whip Whipped Topping and chopped pecans, if desired.
- Makes 16 servings, about 1/2 cup each.

A quick summer time salad that everyone loves. Anytime I make it for someone new, they want the recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pound baccala
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 stalk celery, chopped

Step Wise Instructions:
- Cut baccala in 2 pieces. Soak in water for 2 days.
- Change water twice a day.
- Boil fish in 3 quarts of water together with onions and potatoes for about 30 to 40 minutes or until baccala is tender.
- Strain and cool.
- Place sliced baccala and potatoes on large platter.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, celery, oil and vinegar.
- Mix gently.

- 1 large loaf of freshly baked white bread
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- Sage, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 2 stalks of celery, sliced
- Half a cup of raisins
- Pepper, to taste

Step Wise Instructions:
- Saute the onion, the apple and the in butter.
- Combine and moisten all of the ingredients with hot water.
- Stuff the turkey, or bake in a buttered pan.

Ingredients: salad
- 750g waxy potatoes, peeled
- 2 handfuls watercress
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 fillets of salmon, 150g each
- Sea salt and pepper
|

Dressing:
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine
- vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon or seed mustard
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, finely torn
- 1 tbsp small capers, rinsed

Step Wise Instructions:
- Cook the potatoes in simmering, salted water until tender but still firm, about 20 minutes.
- To make the dressing, whisk the extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl until thickened.
- Add the spring onions, dill and capers.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large fry pan and sear the salmon, skin side down, until the skin is crisp.
- Turn to finish cooking briefly on the other side, leaving the inside pink.
- Season well.
- Drain the potatoes and slice them thickly as soon as you can handle them.
- Toss them carefully in the dressing, making sure the slices are well-coated, and arrange on four warmed dinner plates.
- Place the salmon on top.
- Wash the watercress, toss it in any remaining dressing and serve alongside salmon.

- 8 ounce bottle of your favorite dressing

Step Wise Instructions:
- Toss all ingredients together except dressing.
- Add dressing just before serving. Serves
