Great tasting, easy to make, Linguine Salmon and Broccoli Toss recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounces linguine
1 pound cooked salmon
1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup Italian-style croutons, crushed
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Step Wise Instructions:
Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat until you hear it sizzling.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add garlic; cook for 1 minute.
Add broccoli and broth; cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
Add salmon; heat through.
2. Toss pasta with salmon and broccoli mixture.
Serve in deep bowls; top with crushed croutons and cheese.

An exotic recipe for a special occasion, you could also use this on other meats.

Ingredients:
3 lb Salmon
1 ts Salt
2 Cucumbers; peeled and cut into strips
1 ts Pepper, black
1/2 ts Thyme
3 tb Butter
1 1/2 c Cream, light
3 Onion; sliced
3 Parsley sprigs
1 Garlic clove; quartered
1 Bay leaf
Step Wise Instructions:
Combine salt and pepper, and thyme then rub all over the salmon.
Melt butter in baking dish then add salmon and coat it with the butter.
Add light cream, onion slices, parsley, garlic, and bay leaf. Arrange cucumber strips around the salmon.
Bake it covered for 40 minutes or until centre bone can be removed easily.
Remove and discard bay leaf, onion, parsley and garlic before you serve..

1 medium onion, chopped

Step Wise Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix well in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.

Easy to make tomato sauce goes perfect over chick or fish.

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 (14.5-ounce) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
Basil leaves
Step Wise Instructions:
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Stir in the broth, salt, and tomatoes; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in basil.
Place half of the soup in a blender; process until smooth.
Pour pureed soup into a bowl, and repeat procedure with remaining soup.
Garnish with basil leaves, if desired.

Your guests will love this creamy Beef noodles. Try our Pleasing pot roast.

Ingredients:Roast
3-4 lb bottom round roast
2 large onions, peeled
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
16 oz wide egg noodles
Gravy:
12 ginger snaps
4 brown gravy packs
Step Wise Instructions:
Salt and pepper the roast all over. Put 2-3 tbsp of olive oil in a large pot.
Place roast in pot and brown on all sides to seal in flavor. Pour warm water in pot until top of roast is just covered.
Add onions and simmer for 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
After roast has cooked for 2 1/2 hours, take onions and roast out of water and let cool on a platter while you mix gravy.
Let 1/2 the ginger snaps dissolve in a small glass with water . Add 4 brown gravy packs to roast water and whisk until thickened.
Add ginger snaps.
Dissolve other 6 ginger snaps in same amount of water and add it to gravy and whisk.
Cut roast into thin slices and layer them in gravy.
Add onions back to mixture.
Let it refrigerate overnight. Simmer for another 2 hours the next day. Serve over egg noodles.

Ingredients:
2 packages shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
1 to 2 tablespoons capers
1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon pepper, divided use
2 packages Fettuccini Alfredo
4 salmon fillets
1/4 teaspoon salt
Step Wise Instructions:
Saute mushrooms and capers in hot oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Remove from heat, and set aside.
Cook fettuccine alfredo sauce in microwave at medium (50% power) 1 minute.
Add pasta, and microwave 8 to 9 more minutes.
Add to mushroom mixture, and toss. Keep warm.
Sprinkle salmon evenly with remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt.
Grill salmon, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°F) 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
Serve over fettuccine mixture.

Easy, quick and tasty roasted salmon.

Ingredients:
3 pound salted cod fish
1/2 pound rice
1/3 pound grated raw potato
1 cup olive oil
1 bunch parsley
2 large onions
1/2 head of garlic
Mint
Salt and pepper to taste
Phyllo pastry
Step Wise Instructions:
Soak the cod in a bowl of water overnight, to remove the salt.
Remove the skin, bones and cut into small regular sized pieces.
Finely chop the onions and garlic; put in a mixing bowl.
Add the finely chopped parsley, mint, rice, grated potato, salt, pepper and one tbsp of olive oil.
Mix to combine. Brush the bottoms and sides of a large pie dish with oil.
Layer 2-3 sheets of pastry over the base.
Pour in the pie filling.
Place pieces of cod throughout the filling and then pour some oil over the top.
Pour about 1/2 litre of water over the filling and cover with 2-3 sheets of pastry.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 180° C until well browned.
