Ingredients:
- 1 pound swordfish, cut into 3/8-inch-thick slices
- Fresh lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Chopped fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper

Step Wise Instructions:
- Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, then with oil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cook on a hot grill for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, making sure the fish stays moist.
- Serve immediately.
- Traditionally, the fish is drizzled with oil and served with lemon slices on the side.

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 pound cooked salmon
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Italian-style croutons, crushed
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Step Wise Instructions:
- Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat until you hear it sizzling.
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add garlic; cook for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and broth; cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
- Add salmon; heat through.
- 2. Toss pasta with salmon and broccoli mixture.
- Serve in deep bowls; top with crushed croutons and cheese.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 pounds crawfish tails
- 1 bell pepper
- 6 ribs celery
- 2 onions
- 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce with bits
- 1 8-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces
- 6 green onions
- 2 12-ounce cans shoe peg corn
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1 rounded teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

Step Wise Instructions:
- Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat until you hear it sizzling.
- Add crawfish and place lid on pot. Saut for 10 minutes.
- Remove crawfish with a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl to cool.
- In the remaining oil, saut? the bell pepper, celery and onions for about 20 minutes or until tender.
- Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and most of the green onions.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Add crawfish tails and corn and cook 10 minutes more.
- Add parsley and remaining green onions and cook another 5 minutes.
- Add salt and hot sauce to taste.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp of peanut oil
- Chilly powder
- Salt
- 1tsp ginger& cumin seed paste
- 1tbsp of fine semolina
- 1tbsp butter
- 1tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
- fish

Step Wise Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat the cleaned fish with mixture of red chilly paste, ginger & cumin paste, salt and marinate for an hour.
- Dust the fish portions lightly with semolina to coat on both sides and shallow fry in peanut oil till crisp and brown. (About 2-3 minutes per side).
- When done, remove add butter and coriander leaves (cilantro) and serve.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 4 cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 cups instant brown rice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup margarine

Step Wise Instructions:Crust
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium saucepan, boil 2 cups water and chicken bouillon.
- Stir in rice.
- Remove from heat, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with remaining water.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Place chicken in skillet with thyme, sage, basil, parsley, and marjoram.
- Cook until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Drain and cube.
- Stir onion into the skillet, and cook 5 minutes, or until browned and tender.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix rice, cornstarch mixture, chicken, onion, spinach, and cottage cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium baking dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with Parmesan cheese, and dot with margarine.
- Bake, covered, 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove cover, and continue baking 15 minutes, until surface is lightly browned.

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
- 2 (8 oz.) packages of cheese (chedder, jack, or colby)
- 1 or 2 cans spicy chili beans
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 small can diced chilies or jalapenos
- 1 to 2 bags of nacho cheese Doritos

Step Wise Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large pot, add sour cream, soup, tomatoes, chilies, and chicken.
- Let simmer 10-15 minutes. Layer baking dish with smashed Doritos, then pour chicken mixture on top.
- Spread half of the 8 oz. package of cheese, add cans of beans, top with remainder of cheese.
- Bake 20-30 minutes until cheese melts. Serve with additional Doritos instead of fork.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound frozen puff pastry
- 1 large egg and 1 tsp water
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 ounce black caviar
- 3 tbsp minced fresh chives
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- On a floured surface roll out the puff pastry 1/8 inch thick and with a 3-inch star-shaped cutter cut out 8 pastry stars.
- Transfer the stars to a lightly greased baking sheet, brush the tops with the egg wash, being careful not to let the wash drip down the sides
- Bake the stars in the middle of a preheated 400°F. oven 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are puffed and golden.
- Transfer the stars to a rack and let them cool completely.
- With a sharp small knife carefully split the stars in half horizontally to form a total of 16 stars
- Leaving the bottoms cut sides up and the tops cut sides down. Just before serving, spoon about 1 tsp of the sour cream onto each star
- Divide the caviar among the stars, and sprinkle the hors d’oeuvres with the chives.

Ingredients:
- 3- 4 tsp of ginger paste
- 1-2 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ pepper powder
- 1tsp fish masala
- 1-2 tsp salt
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- Clean the pomfret by making a slit at the side and take out the intestines.
- Wash with salt and turmeric.
- Make few slits on both sides of the fish with knife.
- Apply the paste all over the fish and allow to marinate for 1 hr in the fridge.
- Heat the pan at low heat with 5-6 tsp of oil.
- Once the oil gets hot add the fish and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn the fish to the other side and let to cook for another 5 minutes.
- Do the process twice for each side and cook for about 20 minutes covered.
- Be very careful while turning the fish, the fish can easily break into pieces, so handle with care.
- Serve hot with rice

Ingredients:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 ounce condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 package cream cheese with chives
- 1 package angel hair pasta
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- In a large saucepan melt butter or margarine over low heat.
- Add package of dressing.
- Blend in wine and undiluted can of soup.
- Blend in cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Heat through gently.
- Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour sauce over.
- Bake in a preheated 325 degree F (165 degree C) oven for 60 minutes.
- As baking time nears, in a large pot with boiling salted water cook angel hair pasta until al dente.
- Drain well.
- Serve chicken dish over warm angel hair pasta

- 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

- In a large skillet, saute chicken and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil until chicken juices run clear
- Remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, bring vinegar to a boil.
- Add chicken, tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and remaining oil
- Cook and stir until heated through.
- Divide salad greens among six plates; top with chicken mixture.
