I love restaurant style Egg Fry dishes that I can fix at home.

Ingredients:
5 Eggs
1 Onion
Tomato Half
1 small piece Dry coconut
¼ spoon Coriander powder
½ Chilly Powder
½ Pepper Powder
3 flakes Garlic
5 leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Step Wise Instructions:
Boil eggs with salt.
Peal the cover of eggs and cut into half.
Pour oil in a kadai and put finely chopped onion, curry leaves and fry.
Add tomato and fry.
Add egg pieces also and fry.
Meanwhile, Grind coconut, coriander powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, garlic and little salt.
Add this mixture, chopped coriander leaves to eggs, and fry it for 7 minutes. Egg fry is ready.

Casseroles make the perfect dinner for busy families.

Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 cup low fat 1% milk
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
Step Wise Instruction:
Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Place flour, sugar, paprika and salt in a small bowl.
Beat egg and milk in another small bowl.
Place coconut in a third small bowl.
Dip shrimp first in egg wash, then the flour mixture, then back in the egg wash, then in the coconut.
Arrange shrimp on baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden and crisp.

A delicious side dish that will go great for barbeque.
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
3/4 cup grated Cabbage
6oz Lean ground pork
5oz chopped, fresh or frozen Shrimp
3 tbsp. finely chopped Green Onion
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
36 round Wonton Wrappers
3qts Boiling Water
2 tsp hard Margarine or Butter
Step Wise Instructions:
Place first 9 ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix well.
Put 2 1/2 tsp of the pork mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper. Dampen the edge with water.
Fold over and press to seal. Repeat.
Keep covered with a damp tea towel to prevent drying out.
Have boiling water in a large uncovered pot or Dutch oven.
Add up to 1/3 of the pot stickers.
Return to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.
Rinse with cold water. Repeat until all are cooked.
Melt margarine/butter in a non-stick fry pan.
Arrange pot sticker close together in the pan.
Cook on one side only until well browned.

This meatball recipe is as simple as it gets. We like to make up a double batch and freeze them so that we always have meatballs around for pasta dishes. The kids love them

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1/4 c Onion Chopped
1/4 c Milk
1/8 ts Pepper
1 ea Egg; Large
1/3 c Bread Crumbs; Dry
3/4 ts Salt
1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
Step Wise Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Shape mixture by Tablespoonfuls into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Heat 1 Tbls salad oil in a large skillet, cook the meatballs over medium heat until brown, about 20 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Place the meatballs in a lightly greased baking pan.
Bake in a 400 degree F. oven until light brown, about 20 minutes.
Drain off the excess fat.

This is a delicious appetizer or snack. With shrimp, French bread and a bit of lemon this is sure to satisfy the seafood lover.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds raw peeled deveined shrimp, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
Oil for deep frying
Step Wise Instructions:
Thaw shrimp if frozen. Combine eggs and salt.
Combine flour, dry bread crumbs and paprika.
Dip each shrimp in egg, then roll in bread mixture.
Fry in a basket in deep, hot, oil, 350F for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
To oven fry: Bread shrimp according to instructions for frying. Instead of frying in deep oil, melt 1/4 cup margarine in baking pan, 15 x 10 x 1 inches.
Dip each shrimp in margarine and turn quickly to coat both sides.
Bake in extremely hot oven, 500F, for 8 to 10 minutes.

We use this recipe in all of our Italian cooking. You can also serve this as a sandwich, either grilled or pan fried.

Ingredients:
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons plus 1/2 cup butter or margarine, divided
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon white pepper, divided
1 bottle (8 ounces) clam juice
1 pound bay scallops
1 pound uncooked small shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 package (8 ounces) imitation crabmeat, chopped
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Step Wise Instruction:
In a large skillet, saute onion in oil and 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
Stir in broth and clam juice; bring to a boil.
Add the scallops, shrimp, crab and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; return to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are firm and opaque, stirring gently.
Drain, reserving cooking liquid; set seafood mixture aside.
In a saucepan, melt the remaining butter; stir in flour until smooth.
Combine milk and reserved cooking liquid; gradually add to the saucepan.
Add salt and remaining pepper.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from the heat; stir in cream and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Stir 3/4 cup white sauce into the seafood mixture.
Spread 1/2 cup white sauce in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
Top with three noodles; spread with half of the seafood mixture and 1-1/4 cups sauce. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining noodles, sauce and Parmesan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.

2 c Cooked shrimp
1 Onion; quarter
1 Green pepper; quarter
1 Rib celery w/leaves; chunk
2 Cl garlic
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Oil for deep drying
Step Wise Instruction:
Process shrimp, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic.
Add egg, crumbs, salt and pepper.
Shape into 1″ balls and fry in deep hot oil until golden.
Serve with tartar or cocktail sauce.
