Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
dash garlic powder
tbsp finely chopped green onion
1 to 2 tbsp chopped ripe tomato
Step Wise Instructions:
Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, artichokes, and garlic powder; blend well.
Spread mixture in a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Garnish with the green onion and chopped tomato.
Serve with assorted crackers or tortilla chips.

This recipe can be livened up even more with a garnish of halved cherry tomatoes, parsley sprigs, sweet red pepper strips, steamed asparagus spears, or sautéed mushroom caps.

Ingredients:
2 green onions
5 cups bean sprouts
10 cooked fresh crab legs
1 teaspoon sesame oil
10 leaf lettuce leaves
10 ready-to-eat spring roll skins
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Honey Sichuan Sauce

1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup chili
Step Wise Instructions:
Cut green onions into 2-inch pieces; cut pieces lengthwise into thin strips. Mix green onions and bean sprouts; divide mixture into 10 equal parts.
Sprinkle crabmeat pieces with sesame oil. Tear each lettuce leaf into 3-inch squares.
Place 1 lettuce square on center of 1 spring roll skin. (Cover remaining skins with plastic wrap to keep them pliable.)
Place 1 part bean sprout mixture on lettuce; top with 1 crabmeat piece and 1 1/2 teaspoons cilantro.
Fold bottom corner of spring roll skin over filling, tucking the point under.
Fold in and overlap the 2 opposite corners. Brush fourth
corner generously with cold water; roll up to seal. Repeat with remaining spring roll skins. (Cover filled spring rolls with plastic wrap to keep them from drying out.)
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 8 hours. Cut in half if desired.
Serve with Honey Sichuan Sauce.

A fun and easy recipe with handfuls of treats. Easy to change dry ingredients around to meet your tastes

Ingredients:
2 packages active dry yeast
1 3/4 cups warm water
2 cups bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 egg white
Step Wise Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add one cup of bread flour and one cup whole wheat flour.
Mix until smooth. Keep adding flour, and mix until very hard to mix.
Take dough out on a floured surface, and knead until dough is smooth and not sticky.
Roll into a ball. Place into a greasy bowl.
Cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled say for 2 hours.
Divide into equal balls. Place on cookie sheets, and flatten them.
Allow to rise for another 1 to 2 hours. If desired, brush with egg white.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree F (190 degree C) oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
When done remove from oven, and let cool.
Cut a circle out of the top of each loaf, and compress it to form a bowl.

This is a delicious, fruity iced drink with flavors of apple and lemon.

Ingredients:
3 tsp grated orange peel
3 cinnamon sticks, crushed
3 tsp whole cloves
1 whole nutmeg, crushed
3 c Apple juice
6 Cinnamon sticks
Step Wise Instructions:
Combine orange peel, 3 crushed cinnamon sticks, cloves and nutmeg in a small bowl.
Tie dry ingredients in a double thickness of cheesecloth to make a sachet, or secure in a large tea-straining ball.
In a medium pan, simmer apple juice with spices for at least 20 minutes.
Ladle into mugs and garnish each with a cinnamon stick.

This is a really easy recipe for a soothing tea with flavors of ginger, holy basil and anisseds.

Ingredients:
½” piece of Ginger
3 tsp. of Tea Leaves
½ tsp. of Aniseeds
1 tbsp. of Holy Basil
Sugar (to taste)
¾ cups of Milk
1 ½ cup of Water
Step Wise Instructions:
Take a sauce pan and put the water on medium heat
Add the crushed ginger, aniseeds and holy basil leaves.
Let the water to come to a boil.
Now add the tea leaves bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain the team and put it in a tea pot.
Enjoy it with sugar and milk.

This is a recipe for apple bread dipped in a mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar, and then in chopped nuts.

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 Tbs milk
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts
Step Wise Instructions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl and beat with eletric mixer for 1 minute.
Combine remaining ingredients except nuts and add to applesauce mixture beating until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Spoon into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees 40-45 min allow to cool in pan on rack for 10-15 minutes
Remove from pan and continue to cool on rack.

This is one of my easiest pasta recipes!
Total time to cook:

Ingredients:
1 pound long pasta
1 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 medium cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of two lemons
3/4 cup toasted pine nuts
Salt & pepper
Step Wise Instruction:
Mix together the oil, garlic, parsley and lemon zest and juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the toasted pine nuts, stir well, and allow to sit for a couple of hours for the flavors to meld.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it is al dente. Just before draining, remove a small cup of pasta water.
Drain the pasta, and return it to the pot with the lemon sauce over high heat.
Add a little pasta water to prevent it from drying out.
As soon as it is piping hot, remove from the heat and serve.
Scoop the pine nuts off the bottom of the pot to top the pasta, and serve with a wedge of lemon.

I like this soup alot. Fresh lamb and a nice curry flavor… mmmm.

Ingredients:
2 medium sized bunch
2 tbsp oil
8 cloves garlic
1 medium sized onion
1 or 2 green chilies
1 small tomato
1 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
Step Wise Instruction:
Wash the spinach and chop finely.
Lightly heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the crushed garlic and fry for few seconds till light brown.
Add onions, green chilies and saute on a medium flame till pink.
Add spinach and stir fry on a high flame till the water from the spinach dries completely.
Add the chopped tomato and cook on a high flame for 5 minutes.
Add salt and coriander powder and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rotis.

Wonderfully quick and easy snack to make Try our Crockpot dressing.

Ingredients:
1 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. parsley sprigs
2 cans mushrooms, drained
2 pkgs. seasoned stuffing mix
3 to 3 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Step Wise Instructions:
Melt butter in skillet and saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms.
Pour over bread cubes in large bowl.
Pour in broth, add beaten eggs and mix together well.
Pack lightly into crockpot.
Cover and cook on high 45 minutes; then reduce to low 4 or more hours.
