Ingredients:
6 ea Eggs
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Milk
2 tb Melted butter
Powdered sugar
Step Wise Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Butter 9×13″ pan and put into the freezer while you mix the batter.
Beat eggs with a fork.
Slowly add the flour and mix well.
Add salt, milk and melted butter.
Pour into cold pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes; then lower temperature to 350 and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter and syrup..

A quick kulfi made with mango. Can be made year round with the frozen fruits.

Ingredients:
1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup cream
12-15 almonds-blanched and shredded
8 kulfi moulds
Vark leaves-optional
Step Wise Instructions:
Mix together the condensed milk, cream and mango pulp. Beat to blend well.
Add the nuts, saving a few for garnishing. Mix well and pour into moulds.
Freeze at the lowest possible temperature.
To serve take the mould out of the freezer and prise the kulfi out with the help of a knife, into an individual serving bowl.

A great snack recipe for your Halloween party. Works well year round, but is especially fun at Halloween.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp vegetable shortening
Cookies, dried apricots, miniature pretzels or potato chips
Step Wise Instructions:
Cover tray with wax paper.
Place chocolate chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave at high (100%) 1 minute; stir.
If necessary, microwave at high an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
Cool slightly.
Dip 2/3 of each snack or fruit into chocolate mixture.
Shake gently to remove excess chocolate.
Place on prepared tray. Refrigerate, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until coating is firm.
Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.

Don’t have any cocktail in the house? Try this unusual recipe.

Ingredients:
4 parts Sweet & Sour mix
3 parts Jose Cuervo Gold
1 part Triple Sec
1 part Cointreau
1 dash Rose’s lime juice
Saucer filled with coarse Kosher salt
Step Wise Instruction:
In blender, grind crushed ice till at desired consistency.
Add above ingredients.
Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in water, invert in coarse salt until rim is covered, give crushed ice one more quick grind.
Pour contents into the cocktail glass

Add a little Spanish pizazz to your cocktail party with this Cocktail Crunch.

Ingredients:
3 oz Rye flakes
3 oz Jumbo oat flakes
3 oz Barley flakes
3 oz Wheat flakes
3 oz Peanut kernals
2 oz Flaked almonds
2 oz Sunflower seeds
1 t (heaped) coriander seeds
1 t (heaped) cumin seeds
1 tb Garam marsala
1 t Tumeric
3 tb Sesame oil
3 tb Peanut oil
1 tb Soy sauce
5 tb Water
Step Wise Instruction:
Crush the coriander and cumin - lightly. Mix them with the nuts and seeds on two baking trays.
Set the oven to 375 F (190 C) gas mark 5 and put the baking trays into the oven while it heats up.
Meanwhile measure the flaked grains and mix them together in a large bowl.
Put into a cup the garam marsala , tumeric, a good grinding of black pepper, a scrunch of sea salt, the soy, both sorts of oil and the water.
When the oven has reached the required temperature, stir the nut and seed mixture with the flaked grains.
Beat the spicy oil-and-water mixture with a fork to emulsify it, pour it on to the dry ingredients and stir for 2 minutes.
Spread the mixture out on to the baking trays and bake for 40 minutes until golden.
Swap the positions of the trays in the oven at least once during this time and stir the mixture occasionally to encourage even cooking.
Let the mixture become cold and crunchy before storing in an airtight jar.
It keeps well for about a month.
Makes enough to fill one jar.

1 tsp Applejack brandy
1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
Step Wise Instruction:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
