There’s nothing better than a hot cup of soup on a cold winter day. This sizzling soup is hearty and delicious.

Ingredients:
5 cup Vegetable stock
Cup Murmured
1 Carrot
Salt 1 tsp
Some Mushrooms
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
8-10 Spinach leaves
1 tbsp Soya sauce
100 gm Paneer
1/4 tsp each Sherry and Black Pepper
Step Wise Instructions:
Make vegetable stock as for Talumin Soup.
Put mushrooms, carrot and spinach. Add paneer.
Mix ajinomoto, salt and black pepper.
Add soya sauce and sherry.
While serving, add murmure.
Serve hot with chilly sauce.

2 cups frozen sweet or tart cherries
1 ripe banana, peeled
1 cup cherry juice blend, or other juice
4 maraschino cherries, for garnish
Step Wise Instructions:
Put frozen cherries, banana and cherry juice blend in container of electric blender or food processor.
Cover and process until smooth.
Pour into individual serving glasses.
Garnish with maraschino cherries.
Serve immediately.

1-1/4 cup chilled double-strength coffee
3 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
2 teaspoons sugar
Chocolate syrup
Desired garnishes

Step Wise Instructions:
Pour coffee into a tall glass over ice. Add chocolate liqueur.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup to taste.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or chocolate shavings if desired.

Bring to a boil and stir until candies dissolve.
Cool until time to serve, stirring occasionally, to completely dissolve candies.
Add ginger ale just before serving

Ingredients:
1 onion chopped
5 T. butter
2 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
salt to taste
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 t. Mexican oregano
2 T. flour
1/2 C. evaporated milk
1 C. cheddar cheese shredded
Step Wise Instructions:
Saute onions in 3 T. butter.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 1 hour.
Add salt, oregano and Tabasco .
Mix flour and butter together.
Stir into tomato mixture.
Stir in evaporated milk. Just before serving add cheese.
Let it melt, but do not boil.
Serve in a fondue pot with taco chips.

Ice cream for the coffee lover! The homemade crust is divine.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup dark-roasted coffee beans, finely chopped
6 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla extract
Step Wise Instructions:
Combine cream, milk, sugar and coffee beans in a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan. Bring mixture just to a simmer over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for one hour.
Pour mixture through a fine strainer into a bowl; discard coffee beans.
Rinse or wipe out any coffee bean residue in the saucepan.
Return the strained cream mixture to the saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
In a bowl, beat egg yolks lightly to blend.
Whisk one-half cup of the hot cream mixture into egg yolks; pour yolk mixture back into pan.
Stir constantly over low heat until mixture thickens just enough to lightly coat the back of a spoon.
Do not let boil.
Pour custard through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean bowl and discard residue.
Refrigerate or place bowl in an ice bath until cool.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until custard is very cold, at least several hours, or up to one day.
Stir vanilla into the chilled custard and freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Transfer ice cream to an airtight container and freeze at least six hours, until firm, or up to one week.

½ tsp. of Aniseeds
1 tbsp. of Holy Basil
Sugar (to taste)
¾ cups of Milk
1 ½ cup of Water
Step Wise Instructions:
Take a sauce pan and put the water on medium heat
Add the crushed ginger, aniseeds and holy basil leaves.
Let the water to come to a boil.
Now add the tea leaves bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain the team and put it in a tea pot.
Enjoy it with sugar and milk.
