Crawfish Dip is a soft, creamy cheese. Baked, it makes a great dip!

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 pounds craw fish Tails
- 2 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and Hot Sauce to taste

Step Wise Instructions:
- Steam crawfish tails in double boiler with seafood seasoning.
- Reserve juice, set aside.
- Place in food processor or blender, the cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt and hot sauce.
- Blend until well-mixed.
- Add crawfish.
- Add juice until it is a good spreading consistency.
- Serve with crackers.
