My kids always loved fruit when they were babies, and I loved making my own pizza recipe

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh fruit (peaches, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 tbs. cornstarch
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar

Step Wise Instructions:Crust
- Mix together by hand, butter, confectioners sugar and flour until crumb-like.
- Do not melt butter.
- Put into 15″ pizza pan and bake at 350F for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Do no over bake.

Filling and Glaze :
- With hand mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Place fruit on top, so design will remain when cut into 12 wedges.
- Mix apple juice, cornstarch, lemon juice and sugar together in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until clear and thick, stirring constantly.
- Cool. Spread on top of pizza after slicing.
