Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen loose-pack shredded hash browns
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk

Step Wise Instructions:
- Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Press hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Drizzle with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Combine the ham and cheese; spoon mixture over the hash brown crust.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk.
- Pour mixture over all.
- Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Allow quiche to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
