Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup crushed ice
|

Step Wise Instructions:
- Combine gelatin and boiling water in a blender.
- Blend until dissolved, about 30 seconds.
- Add milk and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
- Stir in blender until partially melted.
- Add banana slices; blend until smooth.
