Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground round
- 5 tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1/4 c. shortening

Step Wise Instructions:
- Combine meat, onion, green pepper, cornmeal, seasonings, milk and egg.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Form into 12 balls, roll in flour and brown in hot shortening.
- Add remaining flour and tomatoes.
- Cover and bake in 450 degree oven for 35 minutes.
